Turkey Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups of shredded cooked turkey (can also use chicken)
1 Fuji apple, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped dill
1 heaped tbsp mayonnaise
1 heaped tbsp sour cream
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients above except for salt and pepper. Season with salt and pepper according to how you like. Serve and enjoy.
Serves 4.
